Scrambling is not important on an inkjet where the inks are in tight
register. But it doesn't hurt to use it either and it is the default
for the Eye-One and iCColor charts in Match and MeasureTool. To be
honest I don't understand the original reasoning behind the systematic
layout of test charts. One of many industry foibles, maybe.
