Please excuse the off-topic question...
I noticed that .jpg files saved from PS7 are about 40K bigger than
the same files saved from PS6. Since I no longer have PS6 installed,
it's hard to be 100% sure, but it seems to be so. I tried changing
the thumbnail and icon options, but the smallest file I can get is
still bigger than in PS6 (using same compression setting). Could
there be a reason for this? As I said, I can't be 100% sure it's
really happening... If I'm just imagining this, I apologize. (For a
project, I need the smallest files possible.)
And since I am off-topic anyway: is there a way to turn off that
silly warning PS7 gives about maximizing compatibility every time I
save in .psd format?
Thank you as always.
Armand
