BTW. There is a new update for Optical on Colorvision's website. I've
installed it and it doesn't seem to make much difference. The profiles
look the same. Anybody know what the fixes are?
Is someone drunk at Colorvision???
Get this:
Because of Chris' notice I check the update, but the version on my hard
drive says "3.7.6" (received the CD a few weeks ago), while the update
on the site says "3.7.5" Hmmm? Aren't postings on support section of
web sites supposed to be ahead stock snail mailed CD's, most of the
time?
Okay so I'll play ball, and I download and install this "update". Fine
my folder now says 3.7.5, the "old" folder says "3.7." That should be
an update, right?....
Okay now check the get info on the applications. The "new" version says
"3.7.5 -2" What? It's other application Precal is in a folder called
"PreCal 1.6". Interesting.
Okay fine. Now check the PreCal in the "old" "3.7" folder called
"PreCal 1.5" Guess what the "get info" says it's version "1.6.2" in the
"1.5" folder installed from the CD. Same as the "1.6" folder???
What in the heck???
If your thoroughly confused, I'll sum up...
Version 3.7.6 is in the "3.7" folder. Version 3.7.5-2 is in the "3.7.5"
folder. PreCal 1.5 and PreCal 1.6 folder have the same "1.6.2" program
inside.
BIZARRE??? Geezzz, Colorvision. Get your ducks in a row.

P.S. I couldn't even log back onto their website, this evening, to copy
this to their tech support?
