Hi,
Check out PowerRIP from www.iproofsystems.com I think theres a free download
there you can try. It works under OS X and supports the 3000.
The Epson RIP tends to put far too much ink down for my liking and can only
be controlled via profiles to a degree.
You could install the Epson RIP onto a separate Mac then the OS X machine
would see it as a network postscript printer but this also is not without
its problems when printing from OS X clients.
