I have been trying to do the same thing myself. Bruce Lindbloom's website
www.brucelindbloom.com has an Excel worksheet that will perform spectral
conversions and give you RGB status A,M,E, and T densities but it will only
give you the values in RGB not CMYK. If you are using the spectrolino and
measure tool you will be getting spectral measurements in 10 nanometer
increments so you will want to download the 10NM chart. This works with the
test chart measurement feature not the spot color measurement feature.
The excel worksheet also has quite a few other calculations that might be of
interest.
The only other thing I can think of is to use Gretag's SpectroChart program.
It allowed for Status T Density measurements but I'm not sure where you can
get a copy.
