Well I'm sorry to hear that but glad it's not just me! I did an install on
two machines and got the same error. So much for beta testers for that
product <g>.

Oh I am. What it appears is happening is that from start to finish, the
EyeOne is measuring a different number of patches per row (or thinks it is)
compared to what's getting sucked into MeasureTool. I've used the EyeOne on
other products (Monaco Profiler works but you have to be VERY careful about
not stopping on a black line they put on the target after the white
patch...it's really there for no logical reason!). I was wondering if the
reference file was somehow out of sync with the target I manually loaded and
printed. I see (according to an arrow on the printed target) that I'm
supposed to measure along the short axis of the print. It looks like the
long axis might sync up but I didn't try that because that seems totally
wrong and the preview in MeasureTool from the reference seems to indicate
that I should be using the EyeOne on the short axis.
