Hi,

I'm working on an AppleScript that will calculate the Mean value of a
channel's histogram. The Mean is the average intensity value, and I'm giving
myself a headache trying to figure out the math. It has to have something to
do with the percentage of pixels each intensity occupies.

Writing the script is easy, it's figuring out the equation that I can't
handle. If anyone knows it, that would be wonderful.

Thanks,
Carl.
