Its a much bigger leap to extrapolate the color of the 2000p or 2200's
pigment inks from the photo dyes of an IT8 target; plus a few other factors
outside
the parameters of ICC source profiling. That was one reason ColorVision
introduced PrintFIX; it improves on pigment ink results over scanner-based
printer
profiling systems like EZ Color or ProfilerPLUS.
