I personnally am a 5000K (D50) die-hard. The few times I've calibrated my
Mitsubishi 900u to 6500K, it never took long to get it back to 5000K because
I found the screen too blue to look at for prolonged periods of time for my
taste. Profile wise, I don't like the idea of 'corresponding colors' being
used to display colors as opposed to the true monitor chromaticities. But
that's me. I get excellent matches from my 5000K calibrated monitor and my
GTI 5000 Viewing booth.
