My 15" powerbook is used as you describe and I can profile both monitors...

Hi,
I've been off the list for a couple of years but am getting involved in
profiling again and need a bit of hardware advice.
I am looking at buying a 12" Powerbook to do profiling in various studios but
I would also like to use it as a workstation at the office. The specs for the
powerbook claim that the built in video can drive the built in LCD plus an
external monitor that can be set up as a mirror or as a stand alone display.
monitors My question therefore is can the external monitor be profiled and run
via that profile separate from the built in LCD. Can the video system drive
two colour outputs and maintain two separate profiles with integrity in OSX.
