You can go to
http://www.eci.org/eng/index_e.html for info regarding the
upcoming and past forums in Germany. I don't have the link for either
the Belgian or U.S. forums which took place in the Spring. Maybe some
of the users of the respective countries can help out. For the forum in
Spain, the results were published in a trade magazine - I don't think
there is a website.
