proofing paper

I am looking for information on proofing paper for Epson 10600 using ultrachrome inks. The purpose of the proofs is for matching on press. I am looking for paper that can hold detail in the shadows and doesn't change color so drastically when not in a color booth using 5000K lighting. Any Suggestions
