After reading what Jim had to say, I should amend by previous post by
proposing a two profiles approach. Offer a first pull-down for the
'Reference Color space' for all untagged images. It should be set by default
to sRGB. Then offer a second pull-down menu for the 'Destination Color
space' profile. That second profile should be set by default to the Monitor
profile currently selected in the Monitor System Preferences.
