Using Gretag InkFormulation and Eye-one

I have a Gretag Spectro SPM100 working with the InkFormulation 4.20 on a
Win2000, but now the SPM crashed.
I need temporarily using a Eye-one (from the prepress dpt) with the
InkFormulation, but i receive the mensage "Instrument is not calibrated"
at all measure (and i can't make it).
Somebody had this experience and could help me with this problem?
