On Mac OS X 10.3. Ghostscript isn't being used. An Adobe PDF normalizer
is being called up to convert PostScript to PDF, and then core graphics
rasterizes PDF. I can get either RGB only, CMYK only, or mixed mode PDF
and PostScript (from Cocoa applications). But I'm not sure if core
graphics still rasters to only RGB, or if it can now do CMYK also. And
then if it receives mixed mode how is that be handled.
