Hi,

I'm worry about one of my favorites suite. ColorBlind.

The Blind's Forum gone about 14 days and I'm try contact with another users
and get the same feedback.
In fact, I was visiting the Blind forum about 2 months and have almost NO
answer of support team for users.
I try to reply to each user and share any resources to help and solve some
problems. - perhaps too ambitious, but I'm feel good.

Of course my acknowledgments was not enough to help everybody.
There are big gap of support and concise information in the Itec
headquarters.

Despite of Marc Aguilera are a very kind people, until I know, him was left
Itec and are self employed or has own businnes.
So, I could be completely wrong but that's my experience.

Marc are you still there?

Respectfully,

Adriano von Markendorf email@hidden
