I have been experiencing the same problems as everyone else when it comes to
"Customer Service". What a joke!
I called Marc Aguilara (1-858-688-2674) two weeks ago. Supposedly, he's in
Level 3 support. He asked that I email Faik at Color.com stating that he
approved me receiving an update that would eliminate the problem I am having
with the LUT being overwritten when Windows 98SE starts up. I waited a week
and since I never heard from Faik, I posted my problem in the forum at
Color.com. Now, when I go back there to look for responses, I get the "Page
Cannot be Found" message.
I tried calling him again and left a message and still no response. I have
also called back Marc and, although I thought he was helpful initally, he has
not bothered to respond as well. I don't understand why Marc couldn't help me
directly if he is in tech support to begin with. Faik, and ColorBlind,
doesn't have a clue when it comes to understanding customer service.
What's even worse for them is, who of us in their right mind would ever buy
another product from this company no matter how good it is, or even recommend
them for that matter. They may as well close shop now and put themselves out
of their misery.
