If you're using Adobe applications, no. ACE (Adobe Color Engine) is the
same between the two platforms so you will get the same conversions
when using the same profiles.
What percentage of CM users are doing so on a Mac?
Based on my own experience probably somewhere around 80/20. It would be
interesting to ask the manufacturers of color management products
though.
