Hi,
I am, new to the group but I have noticed a change in colorsync with one =
of my clients. They run a Xerox 7700 and when installed it does not show =
up in the colorsync utility as a printer (or anything), hence a can't =
assign a profile to it. I am not sure if I have this right but it seems =
that the printer must be installed at app layer level for colorsync to =
be aware of it and Xerox have to rewrite the installation program for =
this to happen. The response from Xerox seems to be it is Apple's =
problem and it has become political.=20

What applications were you trying to print from?
Doesn't the 7700 have Adobe Postscript 3?
