Does anyone know how to remove Adobe Gamma on a Windows XP pro
installation?

It was probably installed by the Photoshop 7 Installer.

I think that have no way to do that - Anyone? - without pre-use a dedicated
Uninstaller program or using "Regedit" in "Run" sub-menu of "start".
I already to do that. and have no problems.
Follow the track:
Start > Run > type Regedit > Ok > Click in "My Computer" > Edit > Find >
Type Adobe Gamma > Find next (or something like that) > Delete ALL Adobe
Gamma entrys.... About five I guess. Voilla .Check your control pannel.
You may to press "F3" button to automatically find the next Adobe Gamma
entry.
