I noticed the presence of the ProfileMaker pro loader in my Startup group.
I tossed that one too.
I find Adobe ought to provide a simple way to do this on the Photoshop 7
Installer, at least give the option *not* to install it. Mind you it may
already be there but I never bothered to check -- too spoiled on the Mac!
