I guess you canceld once the whole preference folder (ICS / ColorSolutions).
In that folder there exists a "Target" folder which contains all "Target
Definition". When you load a reference file basICColor scan must find the
correct target definiton file and if that file doens't exist you get those
error message.
Reinstall basICColor scan and then it will work.
