That's the idea. Some are still debating this but I can say that I've been
using a non UV device (iCColor) as well as a Spectroscan with no filter for
almost a year now and haven't yet seen an issue NOT using a UV device with
this software. GretagMacbeth actually recommends not using UV for doing
measurements unless you're doing a linearization routine (which PMP doesn't
do anyway).
