If a phographer has controlled lightning for D65 an A and also a profiling solution for making camera profiles; would he be able to use his individual profiles in CR ?

:-) Jan-Peter Homann

I'm tolerably certain that there's no way to use custom profiles in place of the Adobe-supplied ones in CR 1.0.

Also, while there ARE real Standard-A light sources, there are no real D65 light sources other than the big one in the sky, which is only intermittently D65. I don't know what D65-simulator Thomas Knoll used to characterize the cameras, but it might well be that you'd have to use the same one to get the controls to work properly.

Basically, I'd be surprised if Adobe decided to open up a future version of CR to custom profiles. However, they certainly won't do so unless people ask them to...
