Upgrade is my understanding. Plus a lot of other necessities like palettes
that are sticky, tool tips (standard and extended), an info palette.

ColorByte got the big job of porting an OSX version so now they are working
on making the product more user friendly (while doing stuff like this new
ink limiting).
