Hi list,
Hope everyone had a good Christmas and New Year. (I can't believe I'm back
on the 2nd of Jan)
I would like to use the OS X version of PrintOpen with my DTP41, but I can't
get PrintOpen to recognise the Xrite. I'm using OS 10.2.2, with version 1.4
software for the Keyspan Twin Serial Adaptor. The System recognises the
Adaptor, as the Keyspan serial assistant application can see it, but I
cannot connect via PrintOpen. The Readme that came with PrintOpen states
that it only works with inbuilt serial cards (which discounts any laptop for
profile work), however there is an updated Readme for PrintOpen on the
Heidelberg website that states that it has been tested with the Keyspan Twin
Serial Adaptor.
I'd really like to use the OS X version of the software as it supports the
extended RGB patch data.
Any help greatly appreciated
