I just put an alias of the Classic System Folder>ColorsyncProfiles

Those folders are cumulative, just put an alias in one of them,
that's all you need.
Given the volume of profiles I deal with, the range of operating
systems I deal with, the mosaic of locations thrown in to operating
systems and third party apps, my philosophy is: if there are six
holes in the dam and you have five fingers and are not using your
nose...
That said, it behooves me to add that for all the standardization
which is applied and implied towards ICC profiles and such, one might
imagine a standardized and simplified file management system. In
consideration of the Unix admin parameters such a wieldy task within
an OS might be built into something like the ColorSync Utility app.
Perhaps Apple should consider OEMing Steve Upton's Colorthink (and
slapping an admin option into it) so he can work on his golf game.
That's not to say he has a bad golf game.
