I sent Apple a question about that and will let you know the answer when I
get it. But I would reason that, if Safari is using the OSX Quartz engine,
then, by definition, it is bound to color manage images to the display and
to the printer as well. I assume Safari will not have a unique color
settings dialog box of its own but will instead look those up in the
ColorSync System Preferences. Isn't that how it should be?
Perhaps John Gnaegy can make that clearer.
