Here are few questions to begin to determine where your color variation is
coming from.
Are you using a rip or the Epson driver?
Have you rechecked all of the rip or driver settings to be sure they have
not changed from when you liked the color?
What type of files are you printing, EPS, TIFF, PostScript, PDF?
Are the files color managed? If so are where does the color management
start, at the scanned image or is the printer the only part of your system
that is profiled.
Where do the image files come from? Are they sent to you from all over, or
do you create them?
To verify if your printer has changed have you run a standard image that you
know is supposed to print a certain way?. And if you have, have you measured
the target patches to verify that it is out of your tolerance?
