Wasn't there something about Colorspace profiles having to be matrix based
in Photoshop 5, and only 6 and up support LUT-based profiles for
colorspaces?
I might be wrong, I am not much of a user anymore... But if I'm not, then
the reason might be the profile in question is a LUT-based one, usually one
made from an actual device (scanner, digicam) as oposed to a matrix-based
one, that is usually a synthetic profile.
In other words, you need to upgrade :)
