Of the packages I've used it's certainly on the "top 3 or 4" for profile
quality to RGB output devices. That said, one reason it's inexpensive is the
process is a bit of a pain in that you first need to use someone else's
software to even get the spectral data (ProfileMaker's MeasureTool which
will work as necessary in demo mode. Nice of GretagMacbeth to engineer a
tool for ProfilerPro). But MeasureTool is an easy way to get to that data
after which you'll pass the data file to ProfilerPro from Photoshop.
I'd skip the Colorsavvy device unless you are on a real budget or you are
real patient and don't plan to make a lot of profiles. EyeOne would be a
better option IMHO.
