From what I've seen so far few LCD calibration/profile kits actually do as
good a job as for the same kit for CRT. One that has worked better than any
other tested is the new LaCie BlueEye. You have to know that the developers
have been hard at work on their respective profilers and they are all
advancing rapidly. What I had tested yesterday will be probably exceeded in
quality today.
The recent LCD monitors are very stable. I find them to have less day long
drift than CRT's (Barco excluded of course). Since the first calibration on
the LCD I have here , I'm still happy with the grey balance and calibration.
