So we're left to assume that everything is working fine and when they might not be, so
we blame the lab.. or the printer .. Unfortunately I don't have another instrument to
compare it with.

I've never noticed the colorimeter window before (thanks) and the readings are RGB
and CIE values but I don't see Lab.
