While I appreciate your situation, I'd just say that this is one of the
reasons I deal with a real-life dealer that is strong on customer service
(Imagelink in Boston, even though I'm in St. Louis). That doesn't excuse ICS
for not taking care of things, but may be something to consider in the
future. Apparently ICS has set things up to rely on dealers to a greater
extent than ColorVision. Not trying to pass judgment on tat decision, just
point out the distinction. I'm not a big fan of the match-phrase scheme
either, but I see it's effectiveness at solving a big problem for developers
of such specialized applications who must protect themselves. I get my match
phrases in a pretty timely fashion from the folks at Imagelink.
