You are in error if you think that using the UV filter will solve
UV brightener problems. It's not as simple as that. You need to
make the UV content of the illuminant of the measurement situation
similar to the UV content of the illuminant of the viewing situation,
or use a profiling package that can model the effects of UV brighteners.

Graeme,

Could you explain that a little better, and possibly how to do it. If I am making profiles of materials with UV brighteners in them and I want the print to look correct in a D50 situation, what else, other then slapping on the UV filter would I need to do?

Keep in mind that I only have Monaco and ICS for profiling packages and purchasing Profile Maker (with UV correction) is not currently an option for me.
