As far as I know, MS Explorer for the Mac (v5.1-5.2.3, just released) is the only browser on ANY platform that reads embedded ICC profiles and color manages JPEGs correctly. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

Omniweb. Both 4.2 and 4.5 beta. There is a checkbox under Preferences->Image.
