I am not sure which bits of the above combinations are methodology and which
are luck. But for anyone still failing I got mine running as follows:
Going to the iMate Control Panel in OS9 Classic, Click 'ADB Reinit' in the
Devices tab - this updated the table to include the Rainbow dongle, then
also set the 'Poling Speed' in the advanced tab up to 55.
