Ok, I'll give my opinion, at least relating to the ColorChecker part of the
image. Yes, the patches have been digitally edited using RGB values that
appear to have been taken from my web site, without permission and without
credit. All patch values are identical or within one unit of my values
measured in 1993 (the one unit differences may be explained by the fact that
the image was JPEG compressed). Oh, and Chromaticity folks, if you're going
to rip someone off, you could at least do a decent job of it -- the patch in
the bottom row, second from the right is supposed to be (65, 66, 66) and you
have it at (80, 80, 80). Better fix that.
What especially ticks me off is their marking of the image as copyrighted,
and the accompanying license which claims intellectual property ownership.
Although they expect their copyrights to be honored, they disregard the
copyrights of others.
