Linearise the film recorder to grey then output the profile chart.

Curves aren't necessary if the recorder is used with ICC profiles. The i1
will not measure the transparent output. The Spectrolino table T will though
and or the X-Rite 41 T and Barbieri 100. Since the output would be
consistent and provide a grey to balance to you could just do a remote
profile and send off the output chart to Chromix. In this case it's a real
economy to do so as the T instruments are expensive for doing few film
profiles.
