I have profiled a few film recorders, including the Fire1000 with ColorBlind
Professional Mac version 4.2. The main ingredients are repeatable neutral
output from the Fire1000 and a stable scanner. ColorBlind uses a scanner
profile to create the film recorder profile. I am sure you can download a
fully working demo of CB Pro from www.color.com.
