Where is the best PLACE for Ink Limiting?

PosterPrint has a Total Ink Limit in it's print setup environment.

Once you determine what your Ink Limit is, would you make the limit setting
in MonacoPROFILER (before outputting the patches or use the setting in the
PosterPrint Print Environment or do you put it in both places.

Density should not be set in both place; you include it in the profile OR
the rip, but not both.

What about ink limit? If you DO include it in the profile (which I prefer,)
do you set the rip to 400%? Instead of its default of 300%?
