Hi List members
Our IT technician and I are currently evaluating the Epson Perfection 300 Photo as a replacement for our aging Agfa Duoscan f40's.
The 3200's looks OK - except
I am unable get the preview color to match the scan color.
The scan files have no embedded profile even though the configuration in the Epson driver is set to 'target = sRGB'
This problem occurs for 'admin' 'guest' and 'user' log-in's, so I'm guessing it's not a permissions issue. Tried the demo version of Silverfast 6.0 and color matching between preview & scan
is good, but I don't want to go down the silverfast route just to solve this problem if I can avoid it.
It's got me stumped, any suggestions?
Much thanks in advance for your help.
