Hi Cris,
You are correct the Xphoto is not ImagePrint.
Xphoto is more of a print queue with Linearization, Ink Limiting, profile
options and a few other important options. The idea is to use Photoshop
for soft-proofing and to prepare your image before printing. That is get the
image or images prepared into one file before placing it in the print queue.
If you need more features for printing images then ImagePrint is one of many
solutions.
And if one was going to compare Xphoto and ImagePrint features you should
look at the price first. ImagePrint definitely has more page layout features
for scaling and placement etc, and Xphoto does not, But Xphoto is about
half the price and does Linearization, Ink Limiting.
Both products are good solutions.
