Scanner profiles are inherently 'uni-directional'. They are sort of
'one-legged' in that they only have tables to go from Device (RGB) to PCS
(Lab). So, it makes sense for Photoshop to filter their availability in the
ConvertToProfile as they lack the 'return' direction. Take a look at one of
these profiles with Chromix and you'll see what I mean.
