Other than the Mode profiles NikonView and NikonBrowser add to your Library>ApplicationSupport>Nikon>Profiles folder there are no provided Nikon d100 generic profiles. You shoot into one of the three provided spaces (sRGB I, AdobeRGB, or sRGB II - a saturated version of I) and then tag the file with your custom profile via NikonEdit, Capture, etc, during post processing of files...
