Jennifer,
According to the 'masters of color management', there is no 'best' rendering
intent. It all depends on what out-of-gamut colors you have in your image,
and how important they are to the image.
Bruce Fraser explains it all at -

try the alternatives via soft-proofing and see which best suits the image in
question.
