PhaseOne has an anti-moire filter for Photoshop that you should use to
clean this up. It should have come with the camera back software. Not
sure if you can legally (in the US anyways) get a copy from your client.
The other options are to Gaussian blur the image prior to downsampling, or
to have the client shoot out of focus, like thr printing company
suggested.

Dear List
I have a client who shoots with a LightPhase H20.
Now the printing company(one of the best in Scandinavia)
has severe problems with moiri with some images. Not only textiles!
And they think that the images are to sharp!
The problem occurs when down-sizing for newspapaer-ads(85 lpi).
From app. 48 Mb down to app. 7-8 Mb.
They propose a soft/blur filter or a "bit-out-of-focus" to solve it.
Any solutions/opinions?
