PhaseOne has an anti-moire filter for Photoshop that you should use to

This will work for color moire reasonably well, although there are plenty
of Photoshop tricks that work equally well (if not better) if you don't
have access to the PhaseOne plug-in. For instance, make a selection of the
affected area, apply a Gaussian blur, then fade the filter back with color
blending mode. Optionally, you can put the selection on its own layer, set
the layers blending mode to color, at which point it is very easy to see
how much blur is necessary to eliminate the moire.
Pattern moire is another story completely. If it is in the file there isn't
really anything you can do to get rid of it short of really destroying the
file. The only real solution is to avoid the moire to begin with and pay
attention while shooting. Either throw the camera out of focus a little
bit, change the subject-to-camera distance, or rotate the camera (which
will probably just make it show up someplace else). There are also some
filters one can put in front of the lens that soften the image slightly
(there are actually four different strengths to choose from).
