Just thinking out loud here:
Suppose you open a reference file for a profiling target in Logo Color lab,
and convert this to Lab, save out the this file, and format it as actual
measurements.
Then you could build a profile with essentially the same data in reference
and calculated "measurements". And building the profile with a 400% ink
limit, and (ideally) 0% UCR/GCR (or as little as possible) should get you
something close.
For RGB profiles you don't really have any options but the procedure should
be the same...
