Looks like someone was asleep when the built that file. Someone probably
was doing a page balance for another instrument and then converted to a
DTP41.
Yes can delete rows, you just can't have mixed row length on a DTP41.
Remember to change the number of patches in the header.
You know you can change the row lengths in Colorlab and build a new
reference. I convert a lot of charts to 3 foot lengths for my DTP41 users /
large format plotters. Less number of passes through the DTP41.
